Broncos and Hokies in 2010

This past Thursday it was announced that Boise State will play Virginia Tech in 2010. The game will be held on October 2 at FedEx Field in Washington.

The Broncos will receive $1.25 million to play the Hokies, which will complete there out of conference schedule in 2010, which also includes: Toledo, Wyoming and Oregon State. 

I think this is solid move on the Broncos part. It will give them more respect for playing a consistently solid ACC team and will bring more national attention to Boise State and the WAC. Hopefully, this is just another stepping-stone for the ‘little guys’ to get some recognition and a sign as to why the BCS needs to change.
