The NCAA has been alerted to a possible violation at Idaho State, where a booster allegedly offered to pay top players, according to the AP. Idaho State being the Big Sky power that it is you can understand this. No, I have no explanation as to why this would happen at a school that the MRI ranked No. 298 last year.
