Alabama and Wichita State will compete in a home and home series over the next two years.

Wichita State has certainly had opportunities to elevate their schedule after their recent Final Four run. Multiple outlets reported today that the Shockers have signed on for a two year agreement to take on Alabama in a home and home series.

Wichita State will visit the Crimson Tide this year in Tuscaloosa, while Alabama will visit Koch Arena during the 2014-15 season.

Anthony Grant's Alabama squad is coming off a 23-13 season and an NIT birth. The Tide lost transfers Moussa Gueye to Valparaiso and Trevor Lacey, but have replenished with Michael Kessens from Longwood and Ricky Tarrant from Tulane.

Wichita State is also scheduled to appear in the CBE Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City with BYU, Texas, and DePaul. Gregg Marshall's squad has lost key players Carl Hall and Malcolm Armstead, but will return top scorer Cleanthony Early and have added a slew of talented players, including Top 100 recruit 6'8 power forward Shaquille Morris.
