My womens' sports links page on my blog, aboutmaleprivilege.tumblr.com. I have added a bunch of soccer and parkour videos/documentaries and I think it's at least large enough to be taken seriously now. I welcome website submissions, you can send them to one_underscore@rocketmail.com.
I did a quick Q&A with 'em as well. Inchin' closer to the Pitt game!
His answer. Below-averagely.
I thought this was a tad harsh, but it's definitely clear that Etan Thomas was not bonding with the rest of the team. Then again, I tend to shy away from these "locker room" commentary pieces naturally (it's a bias!), and Rashad's comment in the last thread adds some credence to Truth's position. Definitely an interesting issue to discuss, though.
I know Dan's blog posts lead more to the light-hearted side than to the serious side, but I actually came away from this one thinking that Sam's just the guy to get the most out of Arenas. It's clear Arenas respects the guy even though Gil's never actually worked with him.
Great update from Michael Lee of the Post about Nick Young's offseason workouts with Flip Saunders and Sam Cassell. It sounds like Nick's getting some really good personal attention here and is working hard. This is probably a good thread to discuss Nick's status on the team and as an asset before I finish up my ideal SG for Arenas post later today.
I'd probably have him a little higher (Carlos Boozer and Chauncey Billups better than Gilbert?), but Ziller does a great job reminding everyone who forgot in the past year of his strengths.
Another take on why Michael Turner is called "The Burner," this one in postcard form.
Good lord this is funny.
