Broncos LB D.J. Williams attempt to remove his 6-game suspension was reject by a judge sending Williams back to Goodell to try and appeal his case. Williams was suspended for a violation of the league’s policy regarding banned substances.

Tracy Ringolsby was the first I saw to report the news. Ringolsby tweeted shortly thereafter that Alfonzo plans to appeal the suspension. If the appeal is denied, it could signal the end of Alfonzo's career. What's Jim Tracy going to do now?
Link title says it all. Suspensions probably incoming.

Via the NY Post: While Brooks is often off the mark with the Isles, his take on the '93 team and the aftermath of the Hunter cheap shot really hits the mark. Notable quotes: "The NHL's celebration of Dale Hunter as part of its playoff "History Will Be Made" promotion is nothing less than sickening." "Understand that a healthy, undamaged Turgeon never in a million years would have been traded to the Canadiens for Kirk Muller less than two years later in the deal that debilitated the organization."
It would have been nice. Too bad. Bynum's a wanker!!
