Video Released in Zay Jackson Parking Lot Incident

WPSD in Kentucky has posted the full video of the Zay Jackson parking lot incident. The actual footage is pretty ridiculous as you can see Jackson backing around the two victims and then running his car straight at them.

He then speeds off with one of the people still clinging to the hood.

As mentioned earlier today, Jackson will spend the next 30 days in jail.

WPSD had more details of the plea bargain:

Part of the plea agreement requires Jackson to spend 30 days in jail and pay restitution to the victims. Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Cirris Hatfield said Jackson has no prior criminal history and she wants him to visit schools to teach students about the consequences of a bad decision.
