Ryan Marks Not Renewed at Texas Pan-Am

The Broncos are the latest future WAC school to make a coaching change in anticipation of joining the conference.

There will be a lot of fresh faces in the WAC next year, as the future members of the conference have had more coaching changes then anywhere else this year. Add Texas Pan-American to the list, as they have decided not to renew Ryan Marks contract.

Marks has spent the past four seasons at the Great West school and amassed a 39-81 mark at UTPA. The move may come as a bit of a surprise, as the Broncos are coming off their best season in Marks' tenure at 16-16. Although, his team did lose in the first round of the Great West tournament against host Chicago State.

Before coming to UTPA, Marks was the head coach at Southern Vermont and Saint Edwards of the Division II level.

The Broncos will officially become a member of the WAC on July 1.
