Live Stream: St. Mary's Looks for New Life Against San Francisco

St. Mary's couldn't hold on against Santa Clara and missed a chance to move into a tie for the conference lead. Can they get back on track against San Francisco?

Thanks to Campus Insiders and theW.tv, we are pleased to bring you this WCC showdown between St. Mary's and San Francisco. (Blackout rules in some places.)

St. Mary's missed a big opportunity on Thursday night as it lost a lead to Santa Clara late and then couldn't stop a Jared Brownridge 3-pointer. It wasted a strong effort from Brad Waldow who had 17 points, 14 boards and five blocks in the loss.

They Gaels will look to get back on track Saturday against San Francisco, who has quietly moved into a tie for the WCC conference lead thanks to a Gonzaga loss to Portland on Thursday.

The Dons got 18 points and eight assists from point guard Avry Holmes, who has been coming on quickly in his new role. They needed overtime to take out Pacific, but now sit at 4-1 in the conference thanks to a strong shooting effort in the late game.

But do they have enough to battle the strong inside play of St. Mary's? Find out when this game tips at 6 p.m. Eastern, right here at Mid-Major Madness.
