Live Stream: Navy, American Clash in Our Nation's Capital

Navy is looking for any kind of a spark in conference play, while American is looking to stay undefeated in the Patriot League. Are we heading towards a "trap game" in Bender Arena?

Navy and American are two teams heading in two different directions. American has won nine straight and are firmly in the lead in the Patriot League standings at 8-0. Navy has lost three straight and have made more noise recently for a promotion with their mascot than basketball.

First year head coach Mike Brennan has the Eagles soaring mostly due to the play of Jesse Reed and John Schoof, both of which are averaging over 13 points per contest. Reed scored 20 points and 9 rebounds in a win over Army Saturday, while Schoof added 22 points against the Black Knights.

Navy has lost their last three games by an average margin over 12 points. The Midshipmen are looking for any kind of spark to get their third conference win of the season.

This feels like a typical trap game for a team cruising along, will it be? We'll find out live on Mid-Major Madness at 7:30 thanks to the Patriot League Network presented by Campus Insiders.
