The Kentucky Wildcats continue to win, and that has them cementing their spot at the top of the AP Top 25 poll in Week 6. The Wildcats grabbed all 65 first-place votes.
The remainder of the top five stayed unchanged, with Duke, Arizona, Louisville and Wisconsin holding down those spots.
Gonzaga bested two PAC-12 teams in Washington State and UCLA, and moved up to No. 8 overall this week. Wichita State beat Seton Hall at home and then went on the road to Detroit where they sealed up another victory. That has them holding steady at No. 11.
Northern Iowa beat Denver but then took a loss in double overtime to VCU which caused them to drop from the poll. The Panthers still received 65 points this week despite the loss.
Other mid-majors receiving votes were VCU, Old Dominion and Davidson.
