Only 64 ballots were cast in the AP Poll this week, but all of them had Kentucky on the top lines as the Wildcats became the first unanimous No. 1 team this season.
The boys in blue were followed by Duke, Arizona and Louisville, all undefeated. Wisconsin, which lost to Duke earlier in the week, dipped to No. 5 overall.
Wichita State's loss to Utah to end their regular season winning streak caused the Shockers to slips to No. 11 in the poll. Gonzaga's effort in an overtime loss to Arizona though kept the Bulldogs firm at No. 9 in the poll.
Northern Iowa joins the rankings at No. 23, after an overtime win against George Mason moved the Panthers to 8-0.
Other mid-majors receiving votes this week are VCU, Old Dominion, Yale and Dayton.
