After a long wait, the Saint Louis Billikens have released their entire schedule for the 2014-15 season. The team lost their five starters from last year's team and will face some tough competition in their conference play as VCU and Dayton are home-and-home opponents for the Billikens this season.
The highlight of their non-conference schedule is a road trip to Wichita State. The Shockers are coming off a historic season where their lost to eventual national runner-up Kentucky in the 2014 NCAA Tournament. The Billikens will also be playing in the Corpus Christi Classic against Mississippi State in the opening match and then will play either Bradley or Texas Christian University in the second game.
Saint Louis will have to rely on various bench players from last year's team to be their starters this year. Junior guard Austin McBroom is the leading returning scorer for the Billikens as he averaged 7.3 points per game last season. Another major addition for the Billikens is Achraf Yacoubou who sat out last season after transferring from Villanova. He led Villanova in 3-point shooting percentage during the 2012-2013 season making 39.6 percent of these attempts.
