Will Miller averaged 5.6 points per game as a freshman during Mount St. Mary's march to a NEC title and an NCAA Tournament a year ago. Now it looks like he may turn into the next Travis Bader after his coach, Jamion Christian, released a video of Miller nailing 100 3-pointers in five minutes.
The Mount will begin their 2014-15 campaign November 14 at Arizona, they'll host their first home game November 19 against Maryland-Eastern Shore. Maybe the Wildcats and Hawks will focus a little more on Will Miller...
It's been a solid week for Mount St. Mary's after they announced earlier this week that Christian had been given a contract extension through the 2018-19 season. The Mount St. Mary's alum and former William & Mary and VCU assistant is 34-31 as the head coach of the Mount. He has reached the NEC finals in both of his initial campaigns.
