The Twitter account @TitanicHoops exists solely to set buzzer-beaters and other memorable basketball moments to Céline Dion’s My Heart Will Go On. Its bio reads “Great moments in basketball history are so much better with Titanic music,” and it is correct. Every time.
So when large human and Mid-Major Madness Staff Favorite Isaiah “Big Dog” Johnson buried the game-winner for Akron Tuesday night, lifting the Zips to a 65-63 win over Ball State, there was only one possible way to elevate the greatness of the moment.
Behold.
