It’s been a tough year for the Saint Louis Billikens, who are just 8-16 overall and 3-8 in the Atlantic 10.
Their 70-55 loss at St. Bonaventure Wednesday night wasn’t even the worst part of the evening.
It appears that after the game, the team bus driver abandoned them at the arena. We’ll let play-by-play man Bob Ramsey take it from here...
Insult to injury...

Lose to Bonnie's and our nutty bus driver leaves without the team!
The state troopers are tracking her down!
Serious!
35 years in division one and this is a new one.

It's like jerrys mechanic taking his Saab and holding Kennedys golf clubs hostage.
For what it’s worth, the team seems to be handling it with a sense of humor. Or, at least, that’s what it appears based on the team’s official Twitter account.

Literally nothing has come easy for the Billikens this season. Not even rides from the gym. If anyone has a bus and wants to go over to the Reilly Center and pick them up, I’m sure they’d appreciate it.
UPDATE: They located the bus and recovered their belongings. I assume they also made it home.
New York staties grabbed our rogue bussy after highway chase.

Going to crime scene to get our s@&t!
This is a press release from the New York State Police. It appears the driver had a little fun before taking off on her adventure.
