You know what they (Jon) say, you can’t start looking ahead to next season until May 24th.
When can we officially start looking ahead to next season? May 24th. Five more weeks of waiting for coaches, fans, and many others.

That date was the deadline for early entrants to the NBA Draft to withdraw their name and return to school. Some players withdrew shortly after entering their names, and some waited up until the last minute while they took in as much of the draft process as possible.
Whether the college coaches like it or not, this process is to the benefit of the players. They can gather information from professional scouts and front offices, go through the NBA Combine and maybe even workout for a couple of teams before ultimately making their decisions.
Nonetheless, now that coaches know who will be returning and who won’t, they can start to finalize their rosters and plan for next season. Here’s a comprehensive list of who made the decision to return to college basketball.
