Tim Kempton will get his chance to make an NBA roster as he has been extended an invitation to the Milwaukee Bucks’ Summer League team this season.
Exciting news for Tim Kempton, who will play in the Summer League for the Milwaukee Bucks! https://t.co/r4kQb6O839

Kempton is going to have his work cut out for him to earn a spot in Milwaukee’s already crowded front court. The Bucks already have Spencer Hawes, Greg Monroe, John Henson, Mirza Teletovic, and Thon Maker to go along with their ever growing stable of gumby-armed 6-foot-10 guys with handles (hello, Giannis and DJ Wilson).
Kempton might have his work cut out for him to make the roster, but there’s no question that he’s a talented, if old school, big. He averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds per game last season with the Mountain Hawks en route to his second Patriot League Player of the Year award.
