UTEP will be Frazier’s third school in his college career. He spent his first three years at SMU before transferring to North Texas. Frazier only played four games for the Mean Green last year.
The former McDonald’s All-American will be immediately eligible for North Texas, and will look to regain the form that made him such a highly coveted recruit coming out of high school. Frazier has career averages of 7.8 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game.
