The Gonzaga Bulldogs checked in at No. 4 in the preseason coaches poll on Thursday, while the Nevada Wolf Pack also earned top 10 honors at No. 9.

In the AP Poll on Monday, Gonzaga and Nevada checked in at No. 3 and No. 7, respectively. This marks another feather in the cap for two programs that are expected to be among college basketball’s elite this year.

Another mid-major to receive votes in the coaches poll is Loyola Chicago, who finished just outside of the Top 25 at No. 27 with 61 points. In the AP Poll, the Ramblers were the first team out. If they take care of business in the early goings, they’ll find their way into both polls.

Buffalo also received votes in the poll, checking in with seven points.

Here is the full coaches poll.
