Hello everyone! It’s time to give you guys an update on where we’re at with the Mid-Major Madness Stock Exchange.

After launching it last week, the reception was great. People were excited, loved the idea and we had a really good showing from the first week of the season. We had over 100 people participate in the opening days.

We originally planned to do updates every Monday, but John had a better idea. What if there was a web app? So he went out and built such a thing. Starting today, the Mid-Major Madness Stock Exchange will now be hosted on its own web app!

Here are some notes for how to get set up:

• Everyone’s username is their email address before the @ in lowercase without punctuation. For example: Thank.You.215@gmail.com becomes thankyou215. If you questions about this, reach out to John or myself.
• Players should reset their password and then log into the application.
• Recommendations for tweaks or other data you’d like to see can be sent to John at nycbuckets@gmail.com! Please let us know if you see anything funny!
• If you haven’t already joined and would like to, you should be able to do that on the home page. Just hit register.

Prices will now update automatically on a daily basis, so this no longer has to be just a once a week thing. Do you think a low-priced team is gonna pull an upset tonight? Grab a couple of shares and see if you make a profit. Afraid an injury might have a negative effect on your portfolio? Sell high and maintain your portfolio value. You no longer have to wait on us.
