NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-First Round-Miami vs Loyola Chicago Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

After 31 ridiculous, heart-stopping, downright bonkers games over the last few days, it’s going to be weird not having any basketball until Thursday.

But when Thursday comes and the Sweet 16 begins, March is sure to (somehow) get even madder. And it’s all going to start with a pair of mid-majors.

Loyola Chicago, fresh off a pair of last-second upsets over Miami and Tennessee, will face Nevada, which pulled off an unbelievable comeback over Cincinnati earlier Sunday. Sister Jean’s Ramblers and Mariah Musselman’s Wolf Pack will tip off at 7:07 p.m. ET in Atlanta, in a game that can be seen on CBS.

Gonzaga, the only other team from a mid-major conference left in the field, will also play on Thursday. They get the latest tip — the second game of the doubleheader in Los Angeles — and will face Florida State on TBS. Assuming the first game doesn’t run long, that one should start a little after 10 p.m. ET.
