Well friends, we had one heck of a year. We laughed, we cried, we ended some damn lives.

But now it’s the summer (kind of), and with that comes the annual three-month-long homework assignment that you totally didn’t leave until the night before the first day of school every year.

Yes, it’s time for Summer Reading.

We’re not asking for an essay or a formal report of any kind. No, we just want to make sure your brain doesn’t rot completely before Midnight Madness. So here are a few basketball-related books to check out, as recommended by our staff and the good people of Twitter dot com. They range from the classics, like A Season on the Brink, to some fun books that our friends wrote. If there are any others you recommend, please leave them in the comments below.
