Nevada’s Cody Martin and Caleb Martin are among the 69 players invited to the NBA Draft Combine, according to the full list, which the league released on Monday. They join a group of seven players from mid-major schools to earn invites, plus Mitchell Robinson, who was committed to Western Kentucky before withdrawing prior to the season.
The other mid-major players are: Kostas Antetokounmpo (Dayton), Kevin Hervey (UT Arlington), Chandler Hutchison (Boise State), Alize Johnson (Missouri State), and Brandon McCoy (UNLV).
None of those players is eligible to return to school. Though McCoy and Antetokounmpo still had collegiate eligibility remaining, they have already hired agents, effectively ending their college careers.
Combine participants will fly to Chicago and participate in five-on-five games as well as strength and agility drills on May 17 and 18. ESPN2 will cover the event on both days. From there, invitees and others who entered the draft early without an agent will have until June 11 to withdraw and retain their collegiate eligibility. The draft itself will take place on June 21.
