The trend of college basketball programs hosting NBA Pro Days seems to become more common by the year, and Nevada is the latest program to hop on board. According to Stadium’s Jeff Goodman, the Wolf Pack will host a Pro Day on September 27.

The Nevada hype train has been full steam ahead for months now, and NBA front offices will probably have a presence at most of their games. These Pro Days are a great environment for players to showcase their skills in front of scouts.

The Nevada roster has been written about ad nauseum, but there’s no denying the talent. Scouts will definitely be taking a look at guys like Caleb and Cody Martin, Jordan Caroline, Jordan Brown, and may even have guys like Trey Porter or Corey Henson on their radar as well.

Eric Musselman’s experience from his time on NBA coaching staffs has assuredly played a huge part in the talent development of the Wolf Pack players that have come through the program. With the Pro Day providing a chance for players to perform in front of NBA front offices in an NBA setting, it’s another feather in Muss’s cap of helping players reach the next level.
