Northern Illinois has debuted their new court for the 2014-15 season and it's...errr...interesting.

This is the first new court for the Huskies since moving into their new Convocation Center in 2002. In a release from the school head coach Mark Montgomery said, "Anytime you have something new in your program it is exciting. I think it is great that we are going to have a new floor with a new look and I am excited to get the new season started."

The new floor is from Connor Sports Flooring and was originally used during this past year's women's NCAA Tournament. The design was done by Praters Flooring Designs who have done floors for the Sun Belt Tournament, Central Florida, the Brooklyn Nets, and several others.

Northern Illinois was 15-17 a year ago and ended their season with a loss to Eastern Michigan in the MAC Tournament. The Huskies 2014-15 slate has yet to be released.
