Holy Cross and Loyola battle in a game that has major seeding implications for next week's conference tournament for both teams.

It's a big night in the Patriot League and that certainly pertains to Holy Cross and their match up with Loyola (MD) tonight. Holy Cross is looking to lock up the third seed in the Patriot League Tournament with a win over the Greyhounds. Meanwhile, Loyola is still in hopes of grabbing a first round bye and at the very least a home game in nexy week's conference tournament.

The Crusaders also still have a shot at the Patriot League's second seed if they can take care of their own business and if American trips up this week.

This game is a rematch of last month's contest where Holy Cross came away with a 60-51 victory thanks to 24 points and 12 boards from Dave Dudzinski. The Greyhounds will surely be focused on the big man tonight.

We'll have tip-off for you live at 7 PM thanks to the Patriot League Network presented by Campus Insiders.

Bucknell is looking to ride a wave of momentum on their current Revenge Tour, as tonight would make five straight victories, and four of them over teams they lost to previously.

Bucknell is probably riding pretty high after Saturday night. What happened? Oh nothing much, just a road win against the best team in the conference to avenge their three point loss from earlier this season. They held the Terriers without a basket for more than eight minutes in the second half while pushing their way to their fourth straight win.

Well, earlier this season, right after they lost to Boston they lost to Lehigh, also by three points. That was part of a four game win streak for the Mountain Hawks, who have since lost four of their last six. Cameron Ayers racked up 23 points in the loss to Lehigh but only 11 in the win over Boston, so hopefully Bucknell can find the scoring balance and defensive dominance they need to keep this string of vengeance victories going. The Mountain Hawks are coming off a loss at Lafayette and haven't won on the road since an overtime victory over Boston to open the month.

The Lafayette Leopards will look for their fifth straight win, and seventh in their last eight games, as they travel to Colgate to avenge their loss earlier this season.

The first time these two teams faced off this season, a strong night from Joey Ptasinski where he racked up 21 points wasn't enough to keep the Leopards from losing their 11th consecutive game at the hands of Colgate. For the Raiders, Ethan Jacob was the only starter to fall short of 12 points, as he and his teammates rode a whopping 23 free throws to victory on the road.

While Lafayette has since turned things around, the season has brought more of the same for Colgate. They entered the first matchup having lost eight of their previous nine games, and their win over Loyola (Md.) was only their second in seven games since. Murphy Burnatowski has struggled to be an efficient scorer on offense and they just haven't been strong enough to hang on a nightly basis. That said, they have been better at home than on the road - they're 5-8 on their own turf, but six of those losses have been by four points or less.

American is still chasing Boston University for the Patriot League title, but the Eagles could lock up a #2 seed by beating Navy tonight.

The American Eagles have been the surprise of the Patriot League this season and tonight they can get a bit closer to capping off an impressive regular season as they travel to Navy. With a win over the Midshipmen tonight the Eagles will clinch at least the the two seed in the Patriot League Tournament.

Currently American is one game behind the Boston University Terriers with two game remaining, but the Eagles do hold the tiebreaker over Boston U.

American trounced Navy a month ago 74-52 on their home court.

Navy also has plenty on the line this evening as a win would strengthen their chances of hosting a first round game in next week's conference tournament. A win would also bring the Midshipmen closer to evening up the all-time series, which American leads 40-38.

We'll have the game live for you at 7 PM via the Patriot League Network presented by Campus Insiders.

Boston University is looking to lock up a share of the Patriot League title tonight while Army is battling for a quarterfinal bye in the conference tournament.

Boston University narrowly escaped Army 86-81 in overtime on Boston U's home court last month. Tonight the two teams will meet again with a little more on the line as the Terriers are looking to clinch a share of the Patriot League regular season title.

Both BU and Army lost over the weekend and are looking to get back on the winning side of things. BU is just one game up American after losing to Bucknell on Sunday. Meanwhile, Army is battling with those same Bison for fourth place in the conference and a quarterfinal bye.

The last meeting between these two teams was the first since 1994-95 and the Terriers hold the all-time series advantage at 10-6. Could tonight be the biggest meeting between these two teams?

Tonight's game can be seen for free at 7 PM on Mid-Major Madness and is an exclusive presentation of the Patriot League Network presented by Campus Insiders.

George Mason and Richmond will face off as conference rivals for the first time in 13 years tonight. The Spiders are hunting for a double bye in the Atlantic 10 Tournament.

Richmond and George Mason have not played a conference game against each other since 2001 when both schools were contenders in the Colonial Athletic Association, that changes tonight as the two renew their former rivalry for the first time as Atlantic 10 members.

Last year these two schools hooked up for the first time in nearly 12 years when Sherrod Wright downed the Spiders with a buzzer beater in the Governor's Holiday Hoops Classic in the Richmond Coliseum. Chris Mooney would love to keep the Spiders in the hunt for a double bye in the A10 Tournament and get a little revenge on Mason tonight.

Richmond is currently 8-4 and on the outside looking in in terms of the top four A10 teams. The Spiders are tied with VCU and UMass who are in the top four though. Mason, on the other hand, is just 2-10 in their first run in the A10 and are looking for some kind of spark heading into Brooklyn.

Tip-off is set for 7 PM from the Patriot Center and you can watch it live here on Mid-Major Madness thanks the the Atlantic 10 Network presented by Campus Insiders.
