Live Stream: Duquesne Looks to Stay Hot at La Salle

Duquesne and La Salle are two different teams streaking in the opposite direction. Can Duquesne continue to build their win streak or La Salle get their season back on track?

I don't think anyone would have thought that Duquesne would be the team rolling into Philadelphia today sporting a two game winning streak, while La Salle would be in the middle of a three game skid. Both teams are looking for a leg up in crowded middle pack in the Atlantic 10.

Duquesne has been better than expected this year and is 2-4 in the Atlantic 10 after taking down Saint Bonaventure in their last conference game. The Dukes slipped by NJIT on the road earlier this week in a rare out-of-conference game this late in the season. Ovie Soko has been "the guy" in Pittsburgh and he is now averaging 18.2 points and 7.5 rebounds, both of which rank second in the A10.

La Salle has dropped three straight conference games. The Explorers offense went missing against George Washington and Saint Bonaventure when they averaged just 49 points in those two games. La Salle did have a good opportunity to knock off VCU last week in Gola Arena, but lost 97-89 in double overtime.

We'll have tip-off for you live on Mid-Major Madness at 4 PM thanks to the Atlantic 10 Network presented by Campus Insiders.
